Materials (Michael’s Arts and Crafts)

              One sheet 10-count plastic canvas

              10-count plastic canvas needle

            1 skien DMC floss #817 red

            1 skien DMC floss #605 pink

            1 skien DMC floss #603 Dk pink

            1 skien DMC floss #5200 white

            1 package fashion cord(25 yards stretch cord pack) 6124012 use pink

 

Cutting Instructions (Lid)

  1. Cut one 30 X 30 (Lid top)

 

Stitching Instructions (Lid)

  1.      Stitch according to graph 
  2. Click on photo to enlarge

 

Cutting Instructions (Lid Trim)

  1. Cut four 6 x 30 (Lid trim)

Stitching Instructions (Lid Trim)

  1. Stitch according to graph 
  2. Using #5200 whipstitch 4 trim pieces together to create a box
  3. Whipstitch box to lid
  4. Whipstitch around the bottom of the trim

Gluing Instructions (Lid insert) 

  1.  Place your gems on foam 
  2.  Glue foam to inside of lid

Cutting Instructions (Bow)

  1. Cut three 3 X 16  (Bow)

 

  1. Stitch according to graph 
  2. Using #817 whipstitch ends of bow together
  3. Using lid picture below as your guide, glue bows to the lid

Cutting Instructions (bottom)

  1. Cut four 19 x 27 (sides)
  2. Cut one 27 x 27 (bottom)

Stitching Instructions (bottom) 

  1. Stitch according to graph 
  2. Using #5200 whipstitch 4 sides together to create a box
  3. Whipstitch box to bottom
  4. Whipstitch around the top of the box
